Preferred Pest Termite and Turf management holds certifications Charter # 4632 with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. All service technicians are certified in structural pest management.
Owner Sam Oliver is licensed in Structural Pest Management, Horticulture and Lawn Care, and Wood Destroying Organisms. He is a graduate of the the University of Tennessee with a degree in Plant Science, Turf Grass Management emphasis. Sam is also a graduate of the Pest Management program at Purdue University.
